London: Andrew Tate has filed a $50 million countersuit against his ex-girlfriend, Bri Stern, accusing her of defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, and abuse of process.

The filing comes in response to Stern’s March lawsuit, which accused Tate of sexual assault and battery during an alleged incident at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Stern claimed an initially consensual encounter “turned violent” when Tate “choked her” and caused injuries, including post-concussion syndrome.

In his countersuit, Tate denies all allegations and says Stern’s claims are “false, malicious, and calculated to destroy” his reputation.

He alleges that Stern “orchestrated a smear campaign” to boost her own profile and ventures, including cryptocurrency and adult content projects.

Andrew Tate’s attorney, Joseph McBride, told Just Jared that Stern’s accusations are “completely fabricated” and motivated by “fame and financial gain.”

Stern’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, dismissed the countersuit, stating: “This is nothing more than an attempt to intimidate my client. We look forward to presenting our case to a jury in Los Angeles.”

Andrew Tate, who is also facing legal proceedings in Romania and the UK on human trafficking and rape charges, remains embroiled in multiple ongoing court battles.
