Gaza: Gaza’s Civil Defense authorities reported that a Palestinian was killed and several fires broke out after three unexploded devices detonated in different areas of the Gaza Strip, causing extensive material damage.
In an official statement, the Civil Defense said the devices were remnants left behind by ‘Israeli’ military operations and continue to endanger civilian lives. The explosions damaged nearby properties and sparked fires that emergency teams worked to contain.
The authority held ‘Israel’ and the US coordination center “fully responsible for the lives of civilians lost” as a result of what it described as hazardous unexploded ordnance scattered across the territory.

Civil Defense officials warned that such devices remain widespread and pose a persistent threat to residents, particularly in densely populated neighborhoods. They urged greater efforts to remove and neutralize unexploded munitions to prevent further casualties and damage.
The warning comes amid ongoing concerns over civilian safety in Gaza, where unexploded remnants of war continue to claim lives and disrupt daily life long after active hostilities.
