Riyadh : The King Fahd Causeway, the main land link between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, has reopened to traffic on Tuesday afternoon after a temporary closure due to regional security concerns.
Due to the Iran USA and Israel war the king Fahd causeway was closed and now authorities has annouched reopen and also ensure safety on regional tension.
Authorities had earlier suspended vehicle movement on the 25-kilometre bridge as a precaution following heightened security alerts in the region. The move was taken to ensure the safety of commuters traveling between the two countries.
In an official update, the General Authority for King Fahd Causeway confirmed that operations have resumed and traffic flow has returned to normal.

Travellers were informed that movement had been halted “as a precautionary measure” while authorities carried out safety assessments.
The causeway, which is a vital transport and economic link between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, was reopened after officials concluded that conditions were safe for travel.
