She is Bengaluru based doctor and as the founder of Vision High Mental Health Wellness, she has dedicated her career to making mental health support accessible, especially for underserved communities.
Early Vision & Mission
Dr. Mehjabeen’s journey began with a deep interest in understanding human emotions and mental well-being. In 2013, while studying child psychology, she became aware of the struggles faced by children in vulnerable communities.
This realization shaped her mission to support those often overlooked by society.
In 2016, even before mental health became widely discussed, she launched Vision High Mental Health Wellness. Starting alone, she conducted awareness campaigns in old-age homes, orphanages, rural areas, slums, and government schools.
She organized counselling sessions, workshops, and therapy programs, often facing challenges in explaining the importance of mental health.
Despite these obstacles, she remained determined. As she reflects, “It was not easy to achieve what we wanted, there were obstacles, but we kept our goal in mind and never gave up.”
Reach and Impact
Dr. Mehjabeen efforts began to gain recognition. What started as a one-woman initiative gradually evolved into a global network of volunteers and mental health advocates.
Today, Vision High supports individuals dealing with trauma and emotional distress across multiple regions. she was doing great job, with her business.
Dr. Mehjabeen has also educated more than 500 underprivileged children through her initiative, including running a free school aimed at providing education and hope.
Dr. Mehjabeen work extended beyond India to regions such as the Middle East, South Africa, and Nigeria, where she collaborated with local leaders to promote mental health awareness.
Professional Roles & Leadership
Apart from her clinical work, Dr. Mehjabeen holds several leadership roles. She serves as Director at the Karnataka State Board for Mental Health & Human Rights, Women President at GHRT, and National Director for Health & Mental Well-Being at DASF.
She is also recognized as a Mental Health Ambassador and has been invited to speak at multiple national and international platforms.
Her contributions include organizing seminars, workshops, and digital awareness campaigns, using social media to reach wider audiences and break the stigma around mental health.
Author and Thought Leader
Dr. Mehjabeen is also an accomplished author. Her books “SELF” and “The Lost Love Occur” have received appreciation, while her upcoming work “Rose & Bud” is expected to further expand her influence in the field of emotional and psychological well-being.

Her dedication has earned her more than 40 awards, including the Mahila Ratna Award, Top 100 AIWA (Asia’s Influential Women Award), Women International Icon Award, Asia Education Award for Best Psychologist, and India’s Top 50 Women Icon 2022.
