Camera improvements are also on the horizon, with the Pro models getting a ‘tetraprism’ telephoto lens for 5x optical zoom, and possibly a new 48MP ultra-wide camera, enhancing photo quality significantly.
However, for the standard and Plus models, while they retain dual cameras, there’s talk about new camera orientations and capabilities like macro mode, but they stick with 60Hz refresh rates.
Battery capacities might see mixed changes, with the iPhone 16 potentially getting a larger battery, whereas the Plus model might see a reduction compared to its predecessor.
These leaks paint a picture of incremental but notable upgrades across the board, with particular emphasis on camera technology and display enhancements for the Pro models.
