TikTok star Khaby Lame has reached a major milestone, turning his record-breaking online popularity into one of the biggest business deals ever signed by a social media creator.
The Senegalese-Italian influencer, widely known for his silent and humorous reaction videos, is currently the most-followed creator on TikTok with more than 160 million followers.
Khaby Lame was 25 years old has now entered a strategic partnership valued between $900 million and $975 million, according to sources familiar with the deal.
Khaby Lame sold his company, Step Distinctive Limited, in an all-stock transaction to Rich Sparkle Holdings. The deal includes a partial acquisition and long-term collaboration focused on expanding his digital and commercial footprint.
“This is not just an equity acquisition, but a revolution in the global content e-commerce model,” the company said in a statement.
Rich Sparkle Holdings will exclusively manage Khaby Lame’s e-commerce operations, TikTok Shop presence, livestream commerce activities, and global brand partnerships for the next three years. The partnership is expected to significantly scale his commercial ventures beyond content creation.

Rich Sparkle has projected that the collaboration could generate more than $4 billion in annual sales, citing Khaby’s massive global reach and engagement across platforms.
The deal also includes Khaby’s authorization for the development of an AI-powered digital twin, which is expected to play a role in future content, marketing, and commerce initiatives.
Born in Senegal on March 9, 2000, Khaby Lame moved to Italy at a young age. Before his rise to fame, he worked as a machine operator at a factory near Turin.
He began creating content on social media an unexpected turn after being laid off that eventually made him one of the most recognizable digital personalities in the world.
The agreement is being described as the most groundbreaking commercial deal ever secured by a social media influencer, marking a new chapter in how online fame is converted into large-scale global business ventures.
