Tanisha’s business journey began with the simplest of materials—fabric, thread, and vision.
With a mere INR 500, she started hand-making accessories and marketing them on
Instagram.

The response was explosive. Her designs resonated with a generation that
craved personal style, and Embelisha hit 1,000+ orders in no time.

Recognizing the demand, Tanisha officially registered the brand in 2020 and launched her
website. Since then, Embelisha has grown to house a catalog of over 3,000 products
including accessories, lifestyle items, waterproof jewelry, and stationery—each reflecting a
balance of creativity and affordability.

The brand’s digital success is remarkable. With over 160,000 Instagram followers and more
than 300,000 on Moj, Tanisha has built not just a business but a community of loyal
customers and followers. She frequently interacts with her audience, showcases
behind-the-scenes content, and creates campaigns that make customers feel like insiders.

Tanisha’s journey didn’t just stop at online triumph. She took Embelisha to the
ground—participating in over 20 exhibitions a year, such as The White Flea, Jhalak, and
Aspiration. These offline appearances gave people the chance to experience the quality and uniqueness of her products firsthand.

A budding fashion designer as well, Tanisha was selected as a finalist in the Lakme Fashion Launchpad and has her sights set on platforms like Lakme Fashion Week and the Gen Next program. Her designs are not only stylish but deeply rooted in contemporary Indian aesthetics.

Beyond Embelisha, Tanisha is a successful content creator who has collaborated with top
brands like L’Oréal Paris, Dove, Maybelline, Lakme, Pixi, and Cetaphil—expanding her
influence in both fashion and digital marketing spaces.

Tanisha Malara represents a new generation of Indian entrepreneurs—young, fearless,
digital-savvy, and driven by purpose. Her brand, Embelisha, isn’t just a label; it’s a movement toward creativity, confidence, and conscious fashion.
