Doha: An emergency Arab-Islamic summit is being held in Qatar, Doha today, Monday, to discuss a collective response to last week’s unprecedented ‘Israeli’ attack targeting Hamas officials inside Qatar. While Doha has hosted multiple rounds of indirect negotiations, efforts have so far failed to produce a permanent ceasefire, with only two short truces achieved.
