American health tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson, best known for his extreme and bold anti-aging regimen, made headlines after posting a photo on Instagram that went viral. In the photo, he is dressed as a pizza delivery boy, sharing it as his backup plan if his project, Blueprint, doesn’t work out.
The post came shortly after Johnson, 47, revealed that he is seriously considering shutting down or selling Project Blueprint — his $2 million-a-year longevity startup.
Previously, Johnson made headlines for launching what he described as a new religion, centered around the belief that death is a disease — one he is actively working to cure through his experiments and lifestyle.

In an interview with Wired earlier this week, Johnson said, “Honestly, I am so close to either shutting it down or selling it,” adding that he has already begun discussions about a possible exit.
“I don’t need the money, and it’s a pain-in-the-a** company,” he added.
Launched in 2021, Project Blueprint has gained widespread attention for Johnson’s ambitious quest to reverse aging. The program involves intense daily routines, including rigorous medical testing, strict dietary control, and a range of experimental therapies aimed at extending human lifespan.
