There’s some exciting news about Apple’s upcoming iPhone 16 Pro models! According to a blog called “yeux1122” on Naver, a popular news aggregator, these new phones will have a fancy new way of making them look really shiny.
The current iPhone 15 Pro models have a brushed finish, which gives them a slightly matte look. But the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will look more polished, almost like the older Pro iPhones that had a super shiny stainless steel look.
However, even though they’ll look glossy, they won’t get scratched as easily as stainless steel.

The brushed finish on the iPhone 15 Pro models isn’t as reflective as the older Pro iPhones, which means they don’t show fingerprints as much and scratches are less noticeable.
Plus, using titanium instead of stainless steel makes the iPhone 15 Pro models lighter by about nine percent compared to the previous models.

Apple is also making sure these new iPhones stay cool better than before. The combination of a titanium frame and an aluminum inside structure helps them dissipate heat more effectively, which is great for keeping your phone from getting too hot.
There’s also a rumor going around that the iPhone 16 Pro models will come in new colors like “space black” and “rose” titanium. “Rose” is basically a gold color, while “space black” might replace the current black titanium option.
So, if you’re excited about getting your hands on the new iPhone 16 Pro or iPhone 16 Pro Max, keep an eye out for them this fall when Apple is expected to release them!
