Dubai authorities confirm fire at Palm Jumeirah Under Control

Dubai authorities have confirmed that a fire incident at Palm Jumeirah has been brought under control, with four individuals injured and taken to medical facilities for treatment.

In a X Post, the Dubai Media Office said emergency response teams were dispatched immediately after the incident was reported. The site has since been secured, and Dubai Civil Defence confirmed that the blaze has been fully contained.

According to the statement, four people sustained injuries during the incident and were transferred to nearby hospitals for medical care. No further details about the extent of their injuries were disclosed.

“The safety and wellbeing of residents and visitors remain the highest priority,” Dubai Media Office said, adding that “authorities continue to take all necessary measures to safeguard the public.”

Officials have urged residents and the public to remain calm and avoid spreading unverified information. The public has been “urged to remain calm, rely solely on verified information from official sources, and refrain from circulating videos or images on social media,” the statement said.

Authorities noted that further updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
