Dubai: The Emirates Group on Tuesday, July 22, launched a massive global recruitment drive to hire 17,300 professionals across 350 roles this financial year.

Emirates is the Dubai based aviation company, the world largest international airlines and dnata, a leading air travel giants it’s scaling there operations with one of the biggest hiring for global people to contribute with Emirates Group.

The Emirates Group is set to hire more than 4,000 new employees across its dnata divisions—covering cargo, catering, and ground handling services. At the same time, Emirates Airline is ramping up hiring for flight crew and operations roles.

The Emirates Group recruit for several role:

  • Pilots
  • Cabin crew
  • Aircraft engineers
  • Customer service agents
  • IT specialists
  • Finance professionals
  • Sales executives
  • Human resources managers
  • Ground handling staff
  • Catering and cargo operations personnel

“We’re looking for world-class talent,” said Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group. “This is a huge opportunity for professionals to join our journey and make a global impact.” He noted that the recruitment drive aligns with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33 and the Group’s long-term growth plans.

Over 2,100 Recruitment Worldwide

To support this global hiring initiative, Emirates will hold more than 2,100 open days and recruitment events across 150 cities. Key roles in focus include cabin crew, pilots, engineers, and IT professionals.

Dedicated sessions in Dubai will also target UAE national students and fresh graduates interested in launching their careers with the Emirates Group.

Rapid Workforce

Since 2022, the Emirates Group has added over 41,000 professionals to its workforce, including nearly 27,000 in operational roles. The Group’s total headcount now stands at 121,000 employees worldwide.

In 2024 alone, Emirates received more than 3.7 million job applications, driven by its strong global reputation and attractive employee benefits.
