“This video is about my personal experience of travelling around Afghanistan. While travelling in Kabul, the capital city, I met some local friends and decided to visit their home. During our conversations, they asked me about religion and religious things, and somehow the topic ended with me converting to Islam. “
“Just to explore the culture and the religion, I said yes, okay, okay, okay. But I want to clarify that this video is not meant to support any specific religion or criticise any religion. It is simply a part of my travel experience.”
Pulkit, who built his online following through global travel vlogs, shared in a recent YouTube video that his journey of exploring different cultures sparked a deep curiosity about Islam.
During his time in Afghanistan, he engaged closely with local communities, including interactions with Taliban fighters, which led him to study the faith more seriously.
He explained that these experiences inspired him to embrace Islam, marking what he described as a turning point in his personal and spiritual life.
